Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Tele-caller to handle customer interactions for our salon. The role involves managing appointment bookings, handling inquiries, and converting leads into walk-ins.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers for service inquiries, pricing, and appointments
• Make outbound calls to leads generated via ads, WhatsApp, and social media
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and visits
• Maintain a database of customers and follow-ups
• Share information about offers, packages, and new services
• Handle basic customer concerns and ensure a smooth booking experience
• Coordinate with the salon team for appointment scheduling

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
• Pleasant and professional phone etiquette
• Basic knowledge of salon services (hair, skin, grooming) is a plus
• Ability to handle customer objections and close bookings
• Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and basic computer systems
