Key Responsibilities:
- Call prospective parents/students to explain courses, fees, campus features, and admissions process.
- Follow up on enquiries from leads, campaigns, and walk-ins.
- Maintain call logs, lead records, and follow-up schedules.
- Schedule campus visits, demos, or counseling sessions.
- Provide courteous and professional communication at all times.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure conversions.
