Telecaller

We are looking for a Hospitality Executive who can handle guest communication, support day-to-day operations, and ensure a smooth stay experience for our guests. This role requires good communication, common sense, and a guest-first attitude more than formal qualifications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle guest enquiries before booking (calls, WhatsApp, Airbnb/OTA messages)
• Assist guests during check-in, stay, and check-out
• Resolve guest complaints politely and efficiently
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Track room readiness, cleaning updates, and asset condition
• Follow up on guest feedback and reviews
• Maintain basic records and updates in internal systems
• Ensure high guest satisfaction and positive reviews
• Required Skills & QualitiesGood English communication (Hindi/Telugu is a plus)
• Strong common sense and problem-solving ability
• Polite, patient, and service-oriented mindset
• Basic computer and smartphone skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly
