Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele sales executive to communicate with customers over the phone, promote products or services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain products or services clearly and answer customer questions
• Generate leads and close sales (if applicable)
• Follow up with customers for feedback or pending inquiries
• Handle customer objections politely and professionally

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a tele sales or in a similar role (preferred)
• Good verbal communication skills
