Tapasya College of Commerce and Management is currently hiring for the position of Telecaller at our Lakdikapul

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month(Freshers)                                                                          

Job Role – Telecaller

Job Description:

·        Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about courses and admissions.

·        Handle inbound calls and respond to queries in a professional manner.

·        Follow up with leads and maintain proper records of calls and responses.

·        Explain course details, fee structure, and admission process clearly.

·        Achieve daily/weekly call and follow-up targets.

Eligibility:

•        Good communication skills in English

•        Basic computer knowledge.
