Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our sales/support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, explaining products or services, answering questions, and maintaining customer relationships to drive sales or support operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Generate leads and follow up on existing leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve customer engagement strategies.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.
