Job Title: Telecaller – Collection Process

Location: [Somajiguda, Hyderabad]

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Telecallers to join our team for the Collection Process. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers over the phone to follow up on pending payments and maintaining proper communication to ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending payments.
• Follow up with customers and remind them about due payments.
• Maintain polite and professional communication during calls.
• Update customer payment details and call status in the system.
• Meet daily calling and collection targets.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Only Freshers are most welcome to apply.
• Basic communication skills in English / Telugu / Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
• Male candidates preferred.

• Minimum: Intermediate /

Working Hours:

• [9:30 AM to 6:30 PM]

Salary:

• [13000 to 15000] + Incentives based on performance.
