Telecaller

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Female Telecaller to handle Telugu voice process. The candidate will be responsible for making and receiving calls, explaining services to customers, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Handle inbound customer inquiries

Explain company products/services clearly in Telugu

Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication

Maintain call records and update customer details in system

Requirements:

Fluent in Telugu (Mandatory)

Basic communication skills in Hindi or English (Preferred)

Good convincing and negotiation skills

Basic computer knowledge

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Qualification:

Minimum 10th / Intermediate / Any Degree
