ROLE: Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Location: Hyderabad

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience & Performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle front office reception work.
• Attend incoming calls and make outgoing calls to potential agents & customers.
• Explain company projects to customers over phone when ever needed.
• Maintain call data & customer data in Excel.
• Welcome visitors and guide them properly.
• Follow up with leads and interested customers.
• Support office administration work.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Telugu + Hindi + English)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Polite and professional behavior.
• Ability to talk confidently with customers.
• Good listening skills.
• Should be active and responsible.

Working Hours:

• 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Tuesday Holiday (Sunday Is Not Holiday)
