Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

1 Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and social media. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.

2 Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs and ensure satisfaction with our services.

3 Business Development Activities: Conduct regular follow-ups and coordinate meetings with prospective clients. Present company services and proposals effectively. Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4 Reporting & Coordination: Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

5 Market Research: Gather insights on market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities. Suggest improvements and innovative ideas for business growth.

Work Timings:

·      Work Mode: Work from Office

·      Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

·      Reporting: Directly to Operations / Business Head

Performance Targets:

A.   Initial Month: Minimum 30 calls per day

B.    Maintain a minimum 10% response or interest rate
