Job Description
Job Responsibilites
- Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments to initiate recovery efforts.
- Negotiation & Resolution: Negotiate payment plans, resolve queries regarding payments, and address account discrepancies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions, promises to pay (PTPs), and follow-ups in the collection management system.
- Target Achievement: Meet individual and team-based collection and recovery targets.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, internal rules, and regulatory guidelines (such as RBI regulations) to ensure ethical collection practices
