Job Responsibilities:
Customer Handling: Answer calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries Manage and update CRM, handle sales applications, and assist with patient interactions.
Website & Online Operations: Respond to online inquiries, maintain website updates, handle follow-ups.
Skills Required:
Fluent in English & Hindi
Experience in handling calls & CRM system
Strong organizational & multitasking skills
Experience in Ayurveda/Healthcare is a plus
