Job Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecounsellors / Telecallers who can contact prospective students, explain our software courses, and guide them to enroll in our free training programs.

Key Responsibilities·      

Call students using the provided database and generated leads.

·      Explain our software courses, training modules, and career opportunities.

·      Provide proper counselling and guidance about software job prospects.

·      Convert leads into course enrollments.

·      Follow up with interested students regularly.

·      Handle leads generated from social media (Meta ads, online campaigns, etc.).

·      Schedule and coordinate demo classes as per timelines.

·      Maintain daily call reports and update lead status.

·      Address student queries professionally and clearly.

·      Ensure good relationship building with prospective students.

 EligibilityCriteria·     

 Minimum qualification: Any Graduate (Preferred but not mandatory)

·      Good communication skills (English and regional language)

·      Basic knowledge of software courses / IT field is an added advantage

·      Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

·      Female candidates preferred (optional – based on your requirement)
