Outbound Calls:

Contacting potential clients to pitch products, services, or set up appointments.Inbound Support: Answering incoming calls to assist with inquiries, questions, or product issues.

Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying potential customers, following up on leads, and closing sales deals.Record

Management: Updating the company CRM database with customer details, call outcomes, and feedback.Relationship Management: Building rapport with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.Required Skills and Qualifications

Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages.Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, listen actively, and handle objections.

Technical Literacy: Basic knowledge of computers, CRM software, and data entry.Persistence: Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated toward targets.
