Telecaller

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales. The goal is to maintain good customer relationships and achieve set targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services.
• Handle inbound queries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain a database of customer information and interactions.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or online inquiries.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries or concerns.
• Maintain call records and submit daily reports to the team leader/supervisor.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
