Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, and supporting the sales team by explaining our products/services effectively.
🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers 📞
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and schedule site visits/meetings
- Follow up with interested clients regularly
- Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
✅ Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi & English)
- Confident and polite speaking ability
- Ability to convince and handle objections
