Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calls: Contact potential international clients to promote products, services, or secure appointments.
- Inbound Support: Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information regarding company offerings.
- Lead Generation/Sales: Persuade prospects, nurture leads, and close sales to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Data Management: Accurately update client information, interaction notes, and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with international clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, telephone etiquette, and international communication standards.
