Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telesales Caller who can call customer leads, explain our Seabuckthorn products, and convert inquiries into sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Call leads provided by the company (CRM leads)
- Explain Seabuckthorn products in simple language
- Understand customer health concerns (BP, Diabetes, Immunity, Skin issues, etc.)
- Suggest suitable products based on customer needs
- Convert calls into direct sales
Follow-up Management
- Maintain daily follow-up list
- Call interested customers regularly
- Build good relationship with repeat customers
- Update call status in CRM or Excel sheet
Target Responsibility
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain good conversion ratio
- Make minimum 200 - 300 calls per day
