Job Description
A Telecaller Operational Role involves managing, executing, and monitoring high-volume inbound and outbound telephone calls to generate leads, sell products, or provide customer service. Key duties include utilizing scripts to engage prospects, managing client data, resolving queries, and tracking metrics to meet daily/monthly performance targets.
Core Responsibilities & Operations
- Outbound Calling: Making cold or warm calls to potential customers to pitch services, products, or schedule appointments.
- Inbound Support: Handling customer-initiated calls for queries, complaints, or service requests.
- Lead Generation & Management: Qualifying prospects, capturing, and updating lead data in a CRM or database.
- Sales & Negotiation: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to convert prospects into customers.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate logs of calls, interactions, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills in local language, Hindi, or English.
- Technology: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Soft Skills: Persistence, patience, persuasion, and the ability to handle rejection.
- Target-Oriented: Ability to achieve daily or monthly sales/call targets.
