Experience: 6 months of experience on papers experience mandatory in BPO industry
Languages Required: English & Hindi or English & Telugu

Duties and Responsibilities
Should also be familiar with the voice process so that the employee should outcall the customer whenever required
or attend the calls from the customers.
Determines requirements by working with customers.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing
solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information and completing transactions
5 Days working and 2 rotational weeks off
In training Period 6 days working, 1 rotational week off
Note: Probation period will be for 3 months, after which there will be 2 rotational weeks off.
