Telecaller

This is a full-time, on-site tele caller role located in Hyderabad. will be responsible for making outbound calls to clients, providing information about our tax services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records. The role requires effective communication skills to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the telecaller will follow up with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide assistance throughout their tax preparation process.

Qualifications

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills  

- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and efficiently manage client records  

- Good understanding of tax services and financial concepts  

- Prior experience in the U.S. taxation voice process are more preferrable.
