Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote VehicleFix services and offers.
• Handle incoming calls, answer queries about car services, pricing, and locations.
• Book service appointments and schedule doorstep pickups for customers.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to increase repeat bookings.
• Maintain customer details and call records in the CRM / booking system.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and bookings.
• Coordinate with service centres / partner workshops for scheduling and updates.
