Job Summary:

Tapasya College of Commerce and Management is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to support student admissions. The role involves contacting prospective students, providing course information, scheduling counselling sessions, and maintaining follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided lead data

Explain details about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission process

Answer inbound calls and resolve queries related to admissions

Schedule appointments for campus visits and counselling sessions

Follow up with interested candidates regularly to ensure conversion

Maintain accurate call records and update student details in CRM

Meet daily calling targets and monthly admission-related goals

Coordinate with academic counsellors and admission team

Maintain a polite, professional, and student-friendly communication approach
