🧾 Job Description

We are looking for a Tele caller cum Office Assistant to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and basic office coordination for our CCTV and IT services business.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on calls, organized, and willing to grow with a small but fast-growing company.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📞 Tele calling & Lead Management

Call incoming leads from Justdial, WhatsApp, website, and referrals

Explain services like CCTV installation, networking, AMC, biometric systems

Schedule site visit appointments

Follow up with customers regularly

Maintain call and lead status in Excel / Google Sheets

🗂 Office & Coordination Work

Maintain customer records and basic documentation

Send quotations and details via WhatsApp & email

Track follow-ups, payments, and pending responses

Coordinate daily schedules with the technician/owner

🎯 Eligibility & Skills

Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Degree

Languages: Telugu (mandatory), basic English/Hindi

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Email)

Good communication and convincing skills

Prior tele calling experience is an advantage (freshers can apply)

⏰ Working Hours

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Sunday off
