Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Telecaller for Credit Card and Loan Recovery who will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments and ensuring timely collections. The role involves making outbound calls to customers, reminding them of pending dues, and negotiating repayment plans or settlements as per company guidelines. The candidate should maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system and follow up regularly to ensure payment commitments are honored. Handling customer queries professionally, resolving concerns, and escalating complex cases when necessary are key aspects of this role. The Telecaller must adhere to all regulatory and company policies while maintaining a respectful and ethical approach during conversations. Strong communication skills, convincing ability, and basic computer knowledge are essential, along with the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Freshers or candidates with prior experience in telecalling or collections can apply.
