Job Summary: Recruitment Telecaller (Gig Riders)

Objective: Convert provided leads into active delivery riders (gig workers) for Zyro Mobility.

Core Responsibilities (Short Form)

* Outbound Calling: Dial provided data/leads to pitch gig work opportunities.

* Pitching: Explain the earning potential, flexible shifts, and payouts for clients like Zeptoand Blinkit.

* Lead Conversion: Persuade in-state and out-of-state candidates to join as gig partners.

* Documentation: Collect Aadhaar, DL, and PAN via WhatsApp/App to start the onboarding.

* Out-of-State Coordination: Guide migrant riders on how to reach the hub and where to stay.

* Reporting: Update daily "Called vs. Interested vs. Joined" status.

Candidate Requirements

* Language: Fluent in Hindi (essential for out-of-state) + and telugu , Basic English

* Skills: Strong persuasion, basic Excel, and high energy on the phone.

* Experience: Previous tele calling or field recruitment experience preferred.

* 3years+ experience -15,000 to 20,000.

* less than 2 years of experience -10,000 to 15,000
