Job description

• Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to assess clients’ skills, interests, and goals

• Provide guidance on career paths, job market trends, and educational opportunities

• Assist in resume writing, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile optimization

• Prepare clients for interviews through mock sessions and feedback

• Help clients identify skill gaps and recommend relevant training or certifications

• Support job search strategies, including networking and job applications

• Maintain client records and track progress

• Organize workshops, seminars, or webinars on career development topics.
