Telecaller

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads or sales. You will also handle inbound inquiries and provide excellent customer support.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
• Coordinate with the sales team for smooth conversions
