Telecaller

To recruit new drivers on a daily basis through inbound and outbound calling and ensure

90% fleet on-road availability by converting interested drivers into active vehicle allocations

under Q Fleet leasing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make inbound and outbound calls to potential drivers using company-provided data

• Recruit new drivers daily to maintain 90% fleet on-road

• Explain Q Fleet leasing plans, pricing, tenure, and company policies clearly

• Inform drivers about required documentation for vehicle allocation

• Coordinate with interested drivers and guide them through the onboarding process

• Follow up with drivers to convert leads into successful allocations

• Ensure minimum 1 vehicle allocation per day

• Maintain accurate call and follow-up records

• Coordinate with operations team for smooth vehicle handover

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Minimum 1 successful driver allocation per day

• Contribution towards 90% fleet on-road

• Call productivity and conversion rate

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to explain plans and policies clearly

• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills

Eligibility:

• Graduation is mandatory

• 0–2 years experience in tele-calling, sourcing, or sales

• Experience in fleet or driver recruitment is an added advantage
