Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients

Explain services of SRI SHAMBHAVI EDU SERVICES clearly

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information

Follow up with leads and maintain a database

Achieve daily/weekly call targets

Maintain professional communication with clients

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Telugu & basic English)

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to convince and handle customers

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
