Job Description – Tele Sales & Customer Support Executive

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Tele Sales & Customer Support Executive who will primarily handle inbound calls, convert leads into sales, update CRM, and manage order placements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from interested customers and convert inquiries into sales
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products
• Accurately update customer details in CRM daily
• Ensure consistent calling activity (300 calls/day or minimum 3 hours)
• Assist customers in placing orders and confirming details
• Coordinate and track orders to ensure smooth processing
• Follow up with customers for delivery updates and repeat sales
• Retarget old leads/customers to improve conversions

Sales Target

• Achieve ₹1,50,000+ monthly sales

Minimum Requirements

• Undergraduate (minimum qualification)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tele-sales / inbound-outbound calling
• Languages: Hindi, English & Telugu
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable working with targets

Work Details

• 6 days working (weekends included)
• 1 weekday off
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Work Mode: Office-based

Compensation & Incentives

• Training (1 month): ₹8,000 stipend
• Salary: ₹16,000/month
• Incentives:

• Above ₹1.5L: 5% on sales above ₹1.5L
• Salary on 1st, incentives on 10th
