Job Description
- Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote EdTech courses and programs
- Explain course features, benefits, pricing, and enrollment process clearly
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up on leads shared by the company and convert them into enrollments
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate call records and lead status in CRM
- Attend regular training, product briefings, and review meetings
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 6 months experience in telecalling or telesales (EdTech experience is an added advantage)
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email)
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressur
