Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and confident Telecaller to manage calls and follow-ups for our client. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with good communication skills who can effectively engage with customers and ensure consistent follow-ups.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing clients
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to queries professionally
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
  • Update call records and maintain data accurately
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication
  • Build positive relationships with clients through effective interaction


  • RequirementsFemale candidates preferred
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (mandatory)
  • Strong follow-up and communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of handling calls and data entry
  • Freshers can apply (no prior experience required)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
