Telecaller

Job Title: Telesales Executive

Role Summary:

Responsible for outbound calling, lead follow-ups, explaining products/services, and closing or qualifying sales leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing leads
• Explain offerings clearly and handle basic objections
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain call records
• Meet daily call and conversion targets

Requirements:

• 6 months–1 year experience in telesales/telecalling
• Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)
• Basic computer and CRM usage skills
