Job Description
We are looking for confident and motivated Telecallers to handle customer calls for Education Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans, Mortgage & Insurance. The role involves explaining loan products, generating leads, and following up with interested customers.
Responsibilities:
Call potential customers and explain loan products clearly
Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company
Understand customer requirements and guide them properly
Maintain daily call and lead records
Coordinate with the sales team for loan processing
