Job Overview

We’re hiring Telecallers who can confidently engage with potential clients over phone calls, explain our services, and generate interest in our student visa and migration consulting programs. You will be the first point of contact for many aspiring students and migrants, so communication and relationship building are key!

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and visa aspirants.
• Explain the visa services we offer and the MBBS abroad programs.
• Qualify leads based on academic background, interest, and eligibility.
• Schedule counselling appointments with education/migration experts.
• Maintain lead details and call outcomes.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
• Respond to basic queries about courses, intakes, fees, and visa processes.
• Coordinate with counsellors and documentation teams for smooth handovers.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
• Stay updated on the latest visa guidelines, country-specific offerings, and program updates.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Confident and clear telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer proficiency – WhatsApp Web, Email.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to handle client queries patiently.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet call and conversion targets.
• Prior experience in an overseas education consultancy is preferred but not essential.
