Telecaller / Academic Counsellor (Online Courses)

About UsWe are an online learning platform (LMS) offering industry-relevant courses designed to help learners upgrade their skills and grow their careers. We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Academic Counsellor to connect with potential learners and guide them towards the right course.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns (WhatsApp, Meta Ads, website, etc.)
• Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses
• Explain course details, benefits, pricing, and career outcomes clearly
• Maintain and update lead status in CRM regularly
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly conversion targets
• Handle objections and build trust with potential customers

• RequirementsGood communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. (other languages are a plus)
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
• Ability to convince and close leads
• Comfortable using CRM tools and calling systems
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
• Preferred SkillsExperience in EdTech / LMS / Course sales
• Prior telecalling or inside sales experience
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Working Hours9:30 am - 6:30 pm
• Monday - Saturday
