Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

The role involves customer communication, lead follow-ups, and handling basic computer operations related to sales and service.📌 Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers regarding Solar Rooftop Systems, UPS, Inverters, and Batteries• Follow up with customer leads and inquiries• Explain product details, offers, and services to customers• Maintain daily call reports and customer data in computer/CRM system• Handle WhatsApp messages and customer inquiries• Coordinate with the sales and service team for customer requirements• Update quotations, customer records, and follow-up status• Ensure minimum daily call targets are achieved📌 Requirements• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Internet)• Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English• Experience in telecalling / customer support / sales follow-up preferred• Knowledge of solar systems, inverters, UPS, and batteries is an advantage• Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally📌 Preferred Candidate• Female candidates preferred• Experience in telecalling or inside sales• Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM📌 About UsSAI RAJ POWER TECH provides Rooftop Solar Systems, UPS, Inverters, and Batteries sales, installation, and service solutions for Residential, Commercial, and Industrial customers.🌐 www.solarpowersrpt.com
