Job Title:Telecaller cum Bookkeeping Executive

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who can handle both customer communication (telecalling) and basic accounting/bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with customers, maintaining records, and supporting daily business operations.

• Key Responsibilities:📞 Telecalling / Customer HandlingMake outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on inquiries
• Explain company services (e.g., solar solutions) to potential customers
• Maintain call records and update CRM or lead sheets
• Coordinate with sales team for site visits and conversions
• Handle basic customer queries and support
• 📊 Bookkeeping / AccountsMaintain daily expense and income records
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
• Update data in accounting software (e.g., Tally / Excel)
• Track outstanding payments and coordinate collections
• Assist in basic GST data preparation (if required)
• Required Skills:Good communication skills (Telugu + basic English preferred)
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Basic understanding of sales/customer handling
• Familiarity with Tally or similar software is a plus
• Qualifications:Minimum: Degree (Commerce preferred)
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
