Job Description

The Telecaller Cum Computer Operator is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining customer records, and performing basic computer-related tasks. This role requires good communication skills, data entry accuracy, and the ability to manage customer queries professionally.


Key Responsibilities

Telecalling Duties

  • Make outbound calls to customers for lead generation, follow-ups, confirmations, or support.
  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide appropriate information.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone during calls.
  • Record customer details, feedback, and responses accurately.
  • Schedule appointments, explain products/services, and convert leads when required.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets.
  • Computer & Administrative Duties
  • Perform data entry, update customer records, and manage CRM/Excel sheets.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, call logs, and follow-up sheets.
  • Assist in preparing documentation, invoices, or letters as needed.
  • Handle email communication and coordinate with other departments.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge—MS Office, Excel, typing skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills (Telugu/Hindi/English).
  • Ability to multitask and handle both calling & data entry tasks.
  • Good listening skills, patience, and customer handling ability.
  • Prior telecalling or office experience preferred, but freshers can apply.


Work Environment

Office-based role (full-time).

Fixed working hours.

May require handling high call volumes.
