Telecaller Inbound

Job Summary:We are looking for an Inbound Telecaller to handle incoming customer calls. The role involves collecting complete customer (CX) information and sharing accurate details with the technician team for smooth service execution.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Collect full customer details (name, address, issue, contact info, etc.)
• Understand customer problems and service requirements clearly
• Share complete and correct CX information with technicians
• Create and update service requests/jobs in system or register
• Coordinate between customer and technician team
• Follow up on service status if required
• Maintain proper call and service records
