**Job Title:** Telesales Representative

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our products or services, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Outbound Calls:** Contact potential clients via phone to introduce and sell Health Insurance products or services.

- **Customer Engagement:** Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs, and address any concerns.

- **Sales Targets:** Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

- **Follow-Up:** Follow up on leads and previous conversations to close sales and provide excellent customer service.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
