✨ About Us: Jacob Tax Solutions is a US taxation & compliance company helping clients across the United States with tax filing, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial documentation. We are expanding our operations and looking for motivated telecallers to join our growing team.

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding US tax filing and compliance services.
• Explain our services clearly and professionally.
• Follow up with leads provided by the company.
• Maintain a record of all customer interactions and update CRM.
• Schedule appointments for the sales/consultation team.
• Handle basic customer enquiries politely and accurately.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

 Requirements

• Good communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
• Ability to handle clients professionally.
• Must be motivated and confident.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is an added advantage.
• Freshers can also apply
• Comfortable working in night shifts
• Female candidates are highly recommended.
