Speak to customers over phone (Inbound & Outbound calls)

Understand customer needs and explain suitable financial solutions

Convince customers clearly and professionally

Follow up with interested clients and close leads

Maintain polite, ethical, and trust-based communication

🎯 SKILLS REQUIRED

Good communication in English

Fluency in Telugu (Mother Tongue / Strong proficiency)

Basic computer knowledge

Confidence and customer-friendly attitude
