📝 Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic female Telecallers and Counsellors with 0–2 years of experience in outbound sales. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to engage customers effectively, and a passion for achieving sales targets through cold calling and counselling.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

·       Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

·       Counsel jobseekeers/students on products/services and provide accurate information.

·       Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

·       Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.

·       Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.

✅ Requirements

·       Experience: 0–2 years in outbound sales/telecalling (freshers welcome).

·       Languages:

o  Must speak fluent Telugu and English.

o  Added advantage if fluent in Marathi or Kannada.

·       Skills:

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Knowledge of sales techniques and cold calling.

·       Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
