Telecalling Cum Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telecaller cum Social Media Executive who will handle both customer communication and digital engagement. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, explaining products or services, and converting leads into customers while maintaining proper follow-ups and records. In addition, the role involves managing the company’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, including creating posts, responding to messages and comments, and engaging with potential customers to generate leads and build brand awareness.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and the local language (preferably Telugu), along with basic knowledge of social media tools and digital marketing concepts. They should be customer-focused, target-driven, and capable of multitasking between calls and online engagement. Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply. The role includes performance-based targets such as call conversions, lead generation, and social media engagement growth, with opportunities for incentives based on results.
