Job Title: Tele Caller Sales

 Location: Hyderabad

Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a Tele Caller Sales responsible for calling prospective customers to generate leads for gold buying business, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, assessing the gold products being presented and closing the sale.

Responsibilities:

·        Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service

·        Using scripts.

·        Answer questions about products or the company.

·        Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

·        Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

·        Enter and update customer information in the CRM software.

·        Go the extra mile to engage customers.

·        Demonstrate features and marketing materials.

·        Generate sales reports to track progress.

·        Ensure targets are achieved on time.

·        Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers.

·        Educate customers on product specifications.

·        Encourage customer feedback to improve service.

·        Process assessment reports and researches needed.

·        Maintain proficiency in software and CRM tools.

·        Stay up-to-date with new products/services and promotional offers.
