Telecalling Executive

Make outbound calls to customers using company-provided data.

Explain services clearly and generate quality leads over calls.

Visit 4–5 CSC (Common Service Centers) daily to collect fresh customer leads.

Coordinate with CSC operators and maintain good professional relationships.

Update daily calling and field visit reports.

Ensure proper follow-up with interested customers.

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer data.
