Job Description
Job Title: Female Telecaller – Real Estate
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Explain real estate projects (plots, flats, villas, etc.) clearly
Generate leads and schedule site visits for sales team
Follow up with interested clients regularly
Maintain call records and update CRM/database
Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements:
Female candidates only
Good communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English)
Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Basic computer knowledge
