Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales Calls: Making cold or warm calls to potential customers to sell products or services.

• Sales Script Usage: Following prepared scripts to deliver brand messaging effectively while adapting to customer conversations.
• Record Keeping: Recording, updating, and maintaining customer information and interaction details in CRM software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or in a sales/customer service role.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Persuasion & Negotiation: Strong persuasion skills to convince customers to purchase.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
